DoPro is an AI-powered automated transcription and sheet music management platform designed specifically for musicians. By simply uploading an audio file (supporting MP3 or WAV formats), our AI transcribes the music and outputs the corresponding sheet music, providing downloadable PDFs for printing and MusicXML files for custom editing. In addition, the platform features an extensive Public Score Library (Catalog), allowing you to discover, explore, and collect high-quality sheet music shared by the community.

• Music is incredibly complex. Even though our transcription engine utilizes state-of-the-art Transformer deep-learning models, errors, missing notes, or quantization offsets can still occur in real-world applications. The precision of the transcription heavily depends on the Mix & Harmony Complexity of the original track.
• Tracks with noisy backgrounds or heavily overlapping instrument frequencies present a significantly higher recognition challenge for the AI. According to our internal testing, the accuracy performance is relatively lower for Bass Range frequencies or deep male vocal lines. Therefore, the AI-generated notation serves as a high-fidelity "editable draft" that saves you over 80% of manual work, but still requires a human musician’s ear for final adjustments.

• MusicXML is the universal standard XML-based format for digital sheet music. It stores structured musical information, including precise pitches, rhythms, measure lines, and clefs.
• You can easily import the downloaded .musicxml file from DoPro into any major professional notation software, such as the popular free program MuseScore, or other industry-standard engraving tools. This allows you to freely correct notes, add bowings, or change the layout before printing, completing your personalized sheet music in seconds.
• 💡 Contribute and Earn Credits: We highly encourage users to polish their transcribed scores in notation software and re-upload them (in PDF format) to our Public Score Library! Not only will you help fellow musicians, but you will also earn Credits as an upload reward!

At launch (Day 1), our AI Audio Transcription engine exclusively supports the Violin. However, our backend architecture is built to expand, and we plan to roll out transcription models for additional instruments in future updates. Note that if you use our PDF Upload feature to share existing sheet music with the community, a much wider variety of instrument tags (such as Guitar) is supported.

• Our transcription service operates on a "Billing Unit" system based on every 30 seconds of audio (any remaining duration under 30 seconds is rounded up as one full unit). The exact number of Credits deducted per unit depends on your current Membership Tier (Free Member / Basic / Pro); premium tiers offer significantly discounted transcription rates.
• 💡 Pro Tip: If you choose to share your transcription results publicly to our Catalog during the upload process, you will instantly receive a 30% Share Discount on that job！

Running AI transcription, audio source separation, and vector engraving requires substantial cloud computing resources. The cost of cloud compute hosts fluctuates periodically in the global market. To maintain platform sustainability and absorb compute costs effectively, different expiration rules apply depending on the source of your Credits:

• Credits included in subscription plans (Plan Credits): Valid for the current billing month only and do not roll over.
• Other Credits (including Top-up packs, PDF upload rewards, and Trial rewards): Valid for 6 months (half a year) from the date of issuance before automatically expiring.

If a new user has insufficient credits when confirming a transcription job and has never claimed a trial before, the system will guide you through a standard, secure card verification process via Stripe (Setup Mode, which charges no fees). Once the system verifies the security and uniqueness of the payment method, 100 Trial Credits will be granted immediately to kickstart your AI transcription experience!

• Paid members receive a monthly quota (per billing cycle) to acquire premium sheet music from our Public Library into their personal collection (My Library):
  • Basic Members: Can acquire up to 50 scores per month.
  • Pro Members: Can acquire up to 80 scores per month.
• 💡 Exclusive Work-Level Aggregation Benefit: A single song in the public library may have multiple versions (e.g., AI-generated or user-uploaded variants). As long as you consume your quota to acquire one version of a song, downloading any other versions of that exact same song will be completely free and will not deduct from your monthly quota!
• ⚠️ Free Member Restrictions: Free Members cannot acquire new scores from the Public Library. However, any scores you successfully acquired during your paid subscription period or that already exist in your personal collection (My Library) can be re-downloaded infinitely for free, even after downgrading.

• Upon completing an audio transcription job, our AI separates the audio into 6 isolated tracks (Drums, Bass, Other, Vocals, Guitar, and Piano). For just 20 Credits, you can unlock the Stem Pack for that specific job. Once unlocked, you can perform web-based mixing or download the tracks as a zip package—perfect for creating your custom practice backing tracks!
• ⚠️ Important Note: The access window for a Stem Pack (typically 3 months) starts counting from the exact day you "Confirm" and complete the transcription job, NOT from the moment you click unlock. The expiration date ("Valid until YYYY-MM-DD") is explicitly displayed on the job view. Please ensure you mix or download your assets before this date.

We would love to have your contributions! You can use the Upload PDF feature on your dashboard to upload sheet music in PDF format (please note that our platform currently only accepts PDF uploads and does not support uploading raw XML/MusicXML files directly). All user uploads enter our backend Review Queue for moderation. Once approved and successfully published, each score will reward you with 10 Credits!

DoPro implements strict duplication filtering; any file detected as highly identical to an existing asset in our system will be rejected automatically. Furthermore, if a published score is later reported for copyright infringement and verified, it will be delisted immediately. If the score was uploaded within the last 3 months, the system will legally execute a clawback to deduct all rewarded Credits from the uploader's account.
